Little Rascal Material List

• Daiichi 1530 or Orvis 8808 Size 8-12
• 3/0 Thread color of choice
• Cone head size Small
• 2 Different Zonker Rabbit Strips
• Australian Possum
• Flash 3 strands peril and 1 strand red Flashabou

Step 1:Place your cone on the hook and start your thread	Step 2: Start your rabbit zonker strip tail 2-3x the length of the hook
Step 3: Now start your second rabbit strip	Step 4:Wrap the 2nd rabbit your crosscut strip forward, tie off, but leave this for later!
Step 5: Using Australian Possum to give the fly bulk and to break up the color scheme, tie in a clump of Possum	Step 6:Now use the rabbit that you saved! Wrap a collar.
Step 7: Time for the flash, seems to work well if you tie it down at the half way point to pull it back with both ends.	Step 8:Side view of Crystal Flash
Step 9:Looking at the fly from above, how the Crystal flash forms a wing of flash!	Step 10: Rotate the fly and pull the rabbit so it looks like it has a bad hair day.

Step 12: Your finished product, the Little Racal is a smaller pattern than most. Giving you something a little different to show the trout that see a lot of BIG stuff. But don't let it's size fool you, big trout love to eat small meals as well!
